Ans= The sea has not changed over the years. It brings to the light the fact that time brings an end to all mortal beings but the nature and its objects remain untouched and unaffected by the mortal arrow show by ‘Time’.

         While the three girls in the photograph are mortal, their mortal feet’s footprints get washed away by the time whereas the sea remains the same over the years. Time brings no end to its ‘existence’.
